In Numeracy we have been looking at geometry (movements, directions and positions).  First we followed instructions on the Powerpoint, such as 'move 2 steps left and 1 step backwards'.  We then read the instructions on the cards for a partner to follow.  We had to mark the start position and end position on the grids.  We worked really well together!

In P.E. we have really enjoyed doing athletics.    Today we had 5 stations:-

  1. One leg catch - In pairs we stood on one foot whilst throwing and catching a bean bag
  2. Skater jumps - We skater jumped from one diagonal cone to another, taking off from one foot and landing on the other.
  3. Standing reaches - We took it in turns to touch cones in a semi-circle whilst standing on one foot.
  4. Walk tall - We walked to the cones and back with bean bags on our heads.
  5. Balance rope - We walked along skipping ropes with bean bags on our heads.

We are all looking forward to P.E. next week.
