We have been practising the Nativity play all this week. We can't wait to show you all the story of Jesus' birth!
Wednesday 27th November
Today in Yoga we followed the story of Roald Dhal 'The Twits'. We were especially good at the bicycle legs!
Wednesday 20th November 2024
Today Mr Pickering from Sports2Day came into school and the Year 1 and 2 children practised throwing and catching. After play we were timed using these skills and our scores will compete against other schools. Fingers crossed that we win!
Tuesday 19th November 2024
Today we had a 'Banquet Day'.
First we made cucumber sandwiches or jam sandwiches. We then decorated biscuits with royal designs and then after play we made a huge fruit salad and enjoyed a lovely royal story.

In ICT we explored 'Scratch Junior'. We are loving this programme and can't wait to find out more each week!
Wednesday 6th November 2024
In Yoga we followed 'Yoga for Fireworks Night'. We were all very calm and relaxed by the end of the lesson.
Wednesday 30th October 2024
Welcome back to term 2. Our new topic is 'People Who Rule Us'.
In PHSE we are learning about our bodies, in PE we are learning Yoga and how to play target games.
PE days are Wednesday and Thursday each week but please ensure that your child's PE kit are in school on their peg every day as this can sometimes change.
Once again, thank you to the parents that came in to join us to share a book on Wednesday afternoon.
