Welcome to Term 5. This terms topic is all about carnivals and festivals. We will be focussing on the Spalding Tulip Parade, if you have any memories or photo's etc, please share these with your child and also send them into school at enquiries@westonhills.lincs.sch.uk

PE
Our PE days will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays this term, please ensure your child's PE kit is in school and on their peg.
SCIENCE
In Science we are learning about plants - this is a good opportunity to talk about the different plants you spot when you are out and about.
GEOGRAPHY
In Geography we are comparing Rio de Janeiro to Weston Hills. If anyone has visited Rio de Janeiro we would love to hear about it please.
ART
In Art we are creating carnival costumes.
At this time of year the weather is very changeable, we can see all four seasons in just one day. Please send your child with appropriate items such as a coat, a drinks bottle and possibly even a sunhat on some day!
